Single screw pump is mainly composed of suction body, discharge body, stator rotor, universal joints, drive shaft, intermediate shaft, etc. There are two kinds of seals, packing seal and mechanical seal, and two kinds of drives, motor direct drive and belt connection drive.
The maintenance of the progressive cavity pump should be from the start, operation, shutdown three parts of the maintenance, in order to make the long service life of the progressive cavity pump.
First, single screw pump maintenance before starting:
1, be sure to fully open the oil inlet and outlet valves.
2, the first time you start the pump or use the pump again for a long time sealed, to ensure that there is no medium in the pump, should be in the pump into the oil cavity filled with the appropriate amount of transport medium, to avoid the pump dry running.
3, shaft seal leakage, should be a normal phenomenon, the leakage of a large increase in the amount of mechanical seals should be stopped to repair the pump, and then start.
4, with high temperature steam cleaning pipeline, should avoid high temperature steam through the pump.
5, check the single screw pump coupling connection, whether there is anomaly, such as found abnormal, timely correction of the coaxiality of the coupling.
Second, the single screw pump running maintenance:
1, after the pump starts, it should pay close attention to the value of the ammeter, pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, when it exceeds the specified value, it should stop the pump to find out the reason and then start again.
2, single screw pump running process, such as abnormal vibration or noise, should be stopped in time to prevent excessive vibration resulting in damage to the pump group.
3, the operation of progressive cavity pump should be started from the point of trial run, no problem then continuous operation.
Third, the maintenance of progressive cavity pump after shutdown:
1, if the progressive cavity pump does not work for a long time, it should be oil-sealed, and regularly check the oil seal condition, and re-oil-seal if necessary.
2, single screw pump is not in use, need to lubricate the parts with the right amount of lubricant, and pay attention to try not to expose to the sun or humid environment to prevent too long, to prevent deformation of the running parts of the stator.
